ABOUT CECIL
Pastor Cecil Wiggins grew Evangel Temple Assembly of God in Jacksonville, Florida from 80 members in 1964 to a powerhouse congregation with 1,700 attendees.
He reached people through personal evangelism and cutting-edge radio and TV programs and was known for his creative outreach efforts, including a ministry to business leaders in Northeast Florida. Civic, business and government leaders knew him as a man of integrity.
Pastor Cecil passed away in 2018 but his legacy of love for God and people lives on.
